As a founder and the CEO, Chris develops and implements the strategic plan and vision for Bare Dermatology. A respected leader, Chris drives the company’s mission to support an innovative and collaborative company culture while providing exceptional experience and clinical care to our patients.
Prior to joining Bare, Chris served as CFO for CONTI Capital where he assisted with over $1.5 billion of acquisition, disposition and financing transactions. Prior to CONTI, Mr. Halpin helped launch Lantern Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments across multiple industries, where he served as CFO for 10 years. Prior roles also include Controller with Highland Capital Management, overseeing operations for its hedge fund and private equity fund groups, Controller with Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, and senior associate with Ernst & Young in Dallas and New York City.
Mr. Halpin obtained his CPA license (currently inactive) in the state of Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Science in Accounting.
